Delete your Sozo account

Permanently delete your account and associated data through the Sozo app, or send us a deletion request here if you can no longer access the app.

Delete your account in the app

These steps apply to Sozo for Android and iOS.

  1. 1Open Sozo and go to Profile.
  2. 2Select Manage account.
  3. 3Select Delete account.
  4. 4Review the confirmation and select Delete account again.

What account deletion does

Deleting your Sozo account permanently deletes the account and all of its brands, campaigns, and creations. This action cannot be undone.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your Sozo account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it to stop future renewals.

Request deletion without the app

If you uninstalled Sozo or cannot access your account in the app, submit this form using the email address connected to your Sozo account.
